Be part of the inaugural Magic Mistletoe Festival – where holiday enchantment meets community engagement! We’re seeking innovative businesses to host interactive activity booths that will delight festival-goers with memorable holiday experiences.

The Opportunity

Your business can shine at this immersive, European-inspired Christmas market by hosting one of our specially designed holiday activity stations. As an Activity Host, you’ll:

  • Connect directly with community members during our 5-hour event (4-9pm on December 5th, 2025)
  • Showcase your brand while providing a cherished holiday activity
  • Help Support Love Columbia, our featured non-profit partner
  • Be part of what’s sure to become Columbia’s newest beloved holiday tradition!

What We Provide

  • A fully equipped 10×10 activity space in a prime festival location
  • All supplies and materials needed for your chosen activity
  • A table for your marketing materials and space for banners
  • Setup assistance and ongoing support throughout the event
  • Inclusion in festival promotion and social media

What Activity Hosts Provide

  • A $500 booth sponsorship
  • 2-3 volunteers to staff your activity booth throughout the event
  • Enthusiasm for creating magical holiday moments!

Activity Selection

Activity Host Agreements

Do you agree to provide 2-3 staff members/ volunteers to man your activity booth?(Required)
Do you agree to have your staff setup and ready by 3:30pm and that teardown may not begin before 9:00pm?(Required)
Do you agree to use only the table provided in your space for marketing materials? Banners are encouraged. Size of table to be communicated by November 14th.(Required)
Do you agree that all vehicles must be moved by 3:15pm into the main parking area?(Required)
Do you agree that promotional photos and videos may be taken by Andrea Lyn Events staff and designated vendors and used for promotional purposes in the future?(Required)
Do you understand that Andrea Lyn Events will not provide cancellation refunds for this event? In the event that your staff is unable to attend, Andrea Lyn Events will allow promotional materials and banners to be placed and ALE volunteers will staff the activity instead.(Required)
Do you understand that you may collect contact information from attendees and offer giveaways but may not sell products at this event?(Required)
Do you understand that to help host a festive environment, holiday attire and a smiling face is strongly encouraged?(Required)
